Sorrento is undoubtedly one of the most popular and requested areas on the Amalfi Coast to tie the knot and this is thanks to the beautiful civil wedding ceremony venues of Villa Fondi and the Cloisters of San Francesco.
Cloisters of San Francesco
The medieval Cloisters of San Francesco are located in the centre of Sorrento and on a former 7th century convent: the setting is very private and intimate, almost magical with its ancient arches and its romantic gardens of vines and bouganvilleas, truly an ideal background for an unforgettable ceremony.
Here the ceremony fees go from 450 Euros to 800 Euros depending on the day and time of the ceremony and it is possible to arrange the ceremony from Monday to Saturday.
Villa Fondi, positioned just five minutes from the centre of Sorrento, is an 18th Century Neo-Classical Villa that has been hosting civil ceremonies for many years now and it is also a National Monument. Here you can decide to get married in the elegant hall with frescoes or outside on a terrace with an amazing view of the sea and the coastline and surrounded by a gorgeous luscious park.
The ceremony fees go from 500 Euros to 600 Euros based on day and time of the ceremony and you can have your ceremony from Tuesdays to Saturdays (closed on Mondays).
